22:00 to 07:00. The apartment is in a residential building with neighbours above and below. Quiet hours are taken seriously here — please respect them.
Smoking
Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment and the building. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a deep-cleaning fee.
Pets
Welcome. Well-behaved pets are fine — just let me know at booking. A €25 pet-cleaning fee covers the extra turnover. Please keep them off the beds and sofa, and clean up after them on the stairs and in the building.
Maximum occupancy
Six guests maximum, including children and infants. Overnight visitors who aren't on the booking aren't permitted.
Events & parties
No parties, gatherings of non-registered guests, or events of any kind. The space is for stay-and-enjoy, not entertaining.
Children & infants
Welcome. Travel cot available on request. Please supervise on stairs — top-floor apartment, no elevator.
Damage & cleaning
Normal wear is expected and forgiven. Significant damage or unusual cleaning needs (heavy stains, ash, etc.) will be reported to Airbnb and may incur charges per Airbnb's host damage policy.
Check-in & checkout
Check-in any time after 16:00 via lockbox at the building entrance. Checkout by 11:00 — leave keys in the lockbox, close the apartment door, close the building door behind you. Late checkout: ask via Airbnb message; usually possible if no same-day arrival is scheduled.
Wi-Fi password
Provided in the apartment and via Airbnb message before arrival. Please don't share publicly.
Cancellation policy
Moderate (Airbnb's standard moderate policy):
Full refund if you cancel up to 5 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations 1–5 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in or during the stay. A non-refundable rate is available at ~10% discount when you book.
Local laws
Maribor enforces standard Slovenian short-term rental regulations. Tourist tax (~€2.50 per night per adult) is included in the Airbnb total — you don't need to pay separately.
